Appliance Insight is a local appliance repair company founded by a working technician — not a call center. We fix refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and built-in luxury appliances across West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the rest of Los Angeles.
How It Started
Stan repairing the Viking refrigerator
It started with a broken refrigerator, Stan’s own. After several repair pros couldn’t get it working, he picked up a few tools and fixed it himself. That repair showed him he had a knack for diagnosing appliances.
Soon he was fixing washers, dryers, and fridges for friends and family, and word spread. What began as helping people out turned into a full-time career and, in 2023, into Appliance Insight.
The approach hasn’t changed since that first fridge: explain the problem in plain words, give a clear price before any work begins, and carry the parts to finish most repairs in one visit no upselling, no shortcuts. Every repair is backed by a 183-day parts and labor warranty.
