With Wolf, most problems show up in the cooking itself: burners that keep clicking or won't light, an oven that heats slowly or runs off temperature, a door that stays locked after self-clean, or a touch panel that stops responding. On a dual fuel range the cooktop is gas and the oven is electric, so a range that cooks fine on top but won't bake has a different list of suspects than an all-gas model. We test igniters, elements, sensors and control boards before ordering anything, because several of them can cause the same symptom.
Wolf and Sub-Zero are the same company, and the two brands often share a kitchen. If the refrigerator needs attention too, see our
Sub-Zero repair page; we can look at both in one visit. If you smell gas near a Wolf range, rangetop or cooktop, leave the house and call SoCalGas or 911 first.
Appliance Insight is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by Wolf or Sub-Zero Group. If your appliance is still under the Wolf warranty, contact Wolf before booking independent service.
