All-in-one washer-dryer leaves clothes wet: Slow is normal for these, soaking wet at the end isn't. Pull the filter and clean it, run a cleaning cycle, and go easy on the load size, they really don't like being stuffed. If clothes still come out wet, we'll check the heater and the fan. See
washer repair.
Slim ADU fridge not cooling: Those narrow fridges are packed tight, and the coil sits underneath or behind with barely any airflow. Give it some room and clean the coil. If the compressor keeps clicking on and off without running, it's usually the start relay. See
refrigerator repair.
Gas burner won't light: Nine times out of ten the burner ports are clogged or the cap's sitting crooked. Give it a scrub, let it dry all the way, put the cap back on straight. A dry burner that just clicks and never lights has a bad igniter or spark module. See
range repair.
Wall oven acting up: Error codes and a dead display on a wall oven usually point to the control board, or a door lock that didn't let go after self-clean. Don't run self-clean hoping it'll fix something, it tends to cause more trouble. See
oven repair.
Garage dryer slow: Lint screen, then the vent and the flap outside. If air's moving and it's still slow, we check the igniter, the gas valve coils or the element. See
dryer repair.
Dishwasher not draining: Filter first. Then look under the sink, where the drain hose loves to get kinked by whatever's stored down there. After that it's the pump. See
dishwasher repair.
